Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling/rescheduling appointments. If you need to change or cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, I will do my best to rebook you at a later date/time, no questions asked. If you cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, I will have to charge a cancellation fee which is 50% of your total services booked. If you are more than 15 min late and we are unable to complete all services booked or do not show up to your appointment you will be charged/invoiced for 100% of the cost of all services booked.
Salon Policies
My salon suite is a smaller space so I ask that no extra guests accompany you to your appointment.
